On January 30, 31 and February 1, the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 surveillance audit with Bureau Veritas took place at Durand Production.
What are ISO standards? ISO standards are standards expected by the International Organization for Standardization concerning several business criteria:
• The ISO 9001 standard concerns the quality management implemented in order to best satisfy our customers.
• The ISO 14001 standard concerns environmental management.
This audit enabled Durand Production to confirm its commitment to continuous improvement. This is thanks to the involvement of its employees, the implementation of new quality processes such as QHSE field audits and better product traceability. It is also the improvement of our regulatory compliance and the development of new formulas in our laboratories.
The involvement of all Durand Production teams on these quality and environmental issues is thus rewarded. This reinforces the desire to continue efforts to move forward together. This is in order to always meet the needs of our customers as well as possible.
